The new Nintendo Switch 2 is more than a spec bump—it’s a rethinking of how social gaming should work.
Nintendo added GameChat, a new voice and video chat system built directly into the console. You can talk, share your screen, or hop into multiplayer without switching apps.
The redesigned Joy-Con 2 controllers attach magnetically and now feature built-in mouse sensors, turning any surface into a control zone for compatible games.
Other upgrades include:
A freely adjustable kickstand for tabletop mode
Dual USB-C ports for easier charging and accessories
Backward compatibility with most Switch titles
Support for TV output with HDR and up to 4K visuals
Switch 2 isn’t just about sharper graphics—it’s about playing together, anywhere, with fewer barriers.
