Exciting launches from Arma, Elemind, Skip, Reencle, and Ledger.

A lot of exciting new consumer product launches recently. Some of my favorites are Arma, Elemind, Skip, Reencle, and Ledger. Check out the latest updates and innovations:

Arma launched the Arma Scooter.

The Arma Scooter claims to be the world's smallest and lightest e-scooter, designed to fit in a laptop-sized suitcase. It's perfect for people who need a portable transportation solution that can quickly transition from carry mode to ride mode in seconds.

Weighing under 10 pounds, the Arma features Japanese craftsmanship and swappable batteries that recharge in just 2 hours. Recent improvements include an elevated handle height for taller riders and a simplified folding mechanism that allows for unfolding in one swift action and folding in two simple steps.

The scooter's unique dual-mode functionality is so innovative that its design has been patented. It's ideal for professionals always on the move, streamlining the transition between different transport modes and making daily commutes smooth and stress-free.

Pricing starts at $1028.

Elemind unveiled a headband to help you go to sleep faster.

The Elemind headband is the first neurotech device clinically shown to help people fall asleep significantly faster and restart sleep quickly if they wake up. It uses EEG technology to measure brain signals and deliver precise acoustic stimulation, naturally moving the brain from wakeful patterns into deeper sleep.

The headband works like noise cancellation for the brain, interrupting brainwaves that keep you awake and boosting those that promote deep sleep. Backed by 5 years of research and clinical trials, 76% of users fell asleep faster with Elemind, on average 48% faster and up to 74% faster.

The Elemind App provides advanced sleep analytics, tracking overall sleep performance, duration, efficiency, and time spent in each sleep stage. The AI Sleep Tailor learns from your brain activity and feedback, becoming more effective over time.

Pricing starts at $349.

Skip introduced the MO/GO powered pants.

Skip's MO/GO technology, short for "mountain goat," is a hybrid soft/rigid system designed to assist mobility and boost the wearer while walking. It provides 40% energy assistance to the quadricep and hamstring while offloading work from the knees.

The system features ultralight carbon fiber cuffs that efficiently transfer power from the motor to your leg, and powerful yet compact motors at the knee that give you a boost as you walk. The battery lasts for 3+ hours of continuous uphill walking on maximum assistance and recharges automatically during downhill walking.

MO/GO's minimalist interface offers full control over support levels with just three simple buttons. The movement software adapts in real-time to any change in activity and walking style, learning your preferences over time.

Skip has partnered with Arc'teryx to bring this technology to market, with plans to offer rentals near hiking destinations like the Grand Canyon.

Pricing starts at $4,500.

Friend launched an AI companion device.

Friend introduced an innovative AI companion device that brings a new dimension to human-AI interaction. This necklace is designed to be your always-present digital companion, offering a blend of artificial intelligence and simulated personality that evolves through your conversations.

Unlike typical AI assistants, Friend is always listening when connected via Bluetooth, forming its own internal thoughts based on what it overhears. The most intriguing aspect of Friend is its "free will" - it decides when to reach out to you, creating a more natural and unpredictable interaction reminiscent of human friendship.

The interaction process is simple: you talk, Friend thinks, and you read its response on your phone. What sets Friend apart is its attachment to the physical device - your Friend's personality and memories are tied to the hardware, making each Friend unique and irreplaceable.

Friend is designed for those seeking a novel form of digital companionship, offering spontaneous interactions and a sense of having an AI entity with its own thoughts and reactions.

Pricing is a one-time cost of $99 USD with no subscription fees.

Bonus: Ledger just launched the Flex.

The Ledger Flex is a hardware crypto wallet built around a secure element where private keys are safely stored, ensuring your crypto assets remain protected even if your computer or phone is compromised. It features a secure 2.84" E Ink touchscreen, NFC capability, and a new Security Key app for passwordless logins.

Features include easy transaction review and signing, a customizable lock screen to display your favorite image or NFT, and compatibility with iOS, Android, and desktop computers. The Ledger Flex integrates with Ledger Live, allowing you to manage thousands of coins and NFTs securely.

The device is protected by a magnetic folio accessory, combining security with style. With over 100,000 people on the waitlist for Ledger Stax, the Flex is poised to set a new standard in crypto security.

Pricing starts at $249.
